Some of my earliest memories are of JoAnn, Charles,me and Junior (Willie). Of course later Dwanye arrived on the scene. Having never had a brother, I can honestly say that my Uncle Charles felt more like a brother to me than an uncle. Although time and distance had separated us, he was still a part of my life as a child in Leavy Town and Wesis Avenue. I will truly miss him and I hope he is at peace. His loving neice, Deborah

To Family and friends of our beloved Charles: He was a long time friend of 40 years, he loved life and made many friends along the way. He was always there when you needed a listening ear, he would sit with my children when they were little and we all remember happier times. When I came to see you Monday, I missed you by 5 minutes...they were taking you to the hospital. Everything happens for a reason God knew I needed to remember you like I saw you last week and the laughs we shared. I know you are resting in a pain free place to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Until we meet again..love you more
